VADUZ.

Every time we tried to get a shower yesterday there was a queue. So, Rosie set the alarm for 6:30 and was in there by 6:45. When I went at 7:03 , I had to wait 10 minutes. Al jobs were done by 8:30 So we headed for a mass at Holden, 10 minutes down the road. It finished at 9:45 So we walked to the lakeside and along it. Sat in a cafe at 10:15 only to find that it closed at 10!

Our destination is Lichtenstein. First attempt at programming is wrong, fortunately I spot it after a services stop so no damage is done. The reprogramming takes us down a narrow lane to a dead end. Have to reverse uphill to escape. Much smoke from the clutch oil. At the third attempt we reach the car park at the FC Vaduz Stadium.

Stopped at a petrol station before leaving Germany. Learnt that we need a vignette for all roads in Switzerland. It costs us Euro 3r.50 but saves us at least 30 minutes off the journey. We will benefit from that tomorrow on the way to Italy.

Walk around the town. It's very modern, clean and prosperous. We learn that the principalities total population is only 36,000. Lots of tourists from all countries, particularly the East.
