NYKOBING FALSTER.
The weather is overcast but there is a favourable wind so Rosie can dry off the washing from yesterday. We are pleasantly surprised by the bill for the campsite, £25 including the laundry.
Rosie has chosen a site on the coast about 15 miles from the ferry. We arrive about 2pm and realise that there will be very little to do for 8 hours.

Over lunch, we receive s WhatsApp message from Daniel. Dan and him are engaged, brilliant news.
We drive to the local town, Nykobing. We know it's Sunday but the place is deserted. Even the public toilets are locked on Sundays and public holidays. A shame really, it's a nice town. There is a street of coloured houses and one where the washing line is strung across builldings well above head height. A strange place to air your knickers!

The square has a number of cafes etching but few of them are open. At least Rosie got to meet a polar bear and didn't need her gun.
