CROMER.

We set off from Drighlington at 10:15, a much more sensible time than leg 1. After a couple of stops, we pass the campsite at 2:30. We decide to drive on and spend the afternoon in Cromer. We walk through the town, along the promenade and onto the pier.

Our second attempt at a selfie is definitely better than our first back in Italy in April. Dinner consists of fish, chips and mushy peas on the seafront, there's nothing finer.

Return to the campste and are helped to fill the water tank by a nearby couple. However, once we start to use the water system, water gushes out of the drain hole under the van. Our neighbour shows us how his van works but it doesn't help me. Rosie is on the brink of packing up and returning home when I find the the tap for draining the van for winter. That would have been embarrssing if I had to take it back to the garage.

We watch the second half of Brazil vs Belgium in the bar and enjoy a couple of drinks to take the stress away.
