SIVOTA.
Off to Parga by 9:30. The Relationship Manager at the Natwest recommended the village. A final look at the river in case the spirits had offered up my shoe but no such luck.

Parga is a fabulous beach resort with lovely restaurants and tabernas. However, it is just waking up and getting ready for summer. It doesn't cater for motorhomes. We stop for coffee and are offered Nescafe, surprisingly it tastes good.

Leaving Parga, we discover a number of roadside springs. We stop at one gushing through a pipe. There is a sign above it announcing "Drinking Water". We fill all containers and use it to clean the windscreen.
We find a beach on Park4night in a harbour called Perdika. The beach was pleasant and a number of locals sunbathed during the afternoon. However, the local bar seemed closed, there were two guys who sat at a table all afternoon without doing a stroke of work. What story did they tell their family tonight? We procrastinated about staying, it would be a quiet night but in the end moved on to the next village. It turned out to be the right decision. A harbour villge with plenty of life. So much so that we changed the decision to cook in the van and ate on the harbour front. Seafood spaghetti and mussels are fabulous. The only disappointment being the stuffed peppers and tomatoes are off the menu.
